It's no secret that the Santee Cooper lakes have some giant cats, and as we get into the colder months it seems more and more of them get caught.  Check out this 60-pound range fish caught and released this week aboard the board Captain Bobby Winters with Bob’s Guide Service Encore (843-751-3080).  The bait?  Blueback herring, fished in 50 feet of water.
