We love redfish, but if you follow the winter inshore reports on this site there comes a time when pretty much all anybody is catching is redfish.  In the winter there generally aren't many migratory species like flounder around, and when it gets too cold for great trout fishing people turn to the old reliable redfish.  They are an incredible species that we love to catch, but still it's nice to have some variety.  Captain Addison Rupert with Lowcountry Outdoor Adventures (843-557-3476) reports that they landed this big black drum (naturally, while fishing for redfish) around a dock on a section of blue crab.  Thank you for sharing, Captain, and giving us something different to appreciate!
