It's not that there have been no impressive catches in South Carolina this week, but for the second day in a row we have seen something so interesting caught by one of our regular captains that we can't help but post an out-of-state catch. Captain Rob Bennett of Lowcountry Inshore Charters (843-367-3777) is in Missouri fishing the Lake of the Ozarks, and he shared these incredible photos with us. In the first you can see Captain Rob with the paddlefish he caught, and below that why it's so special. Rob tells us that alongside sturgeon they are one of two species in the world that are the source of black roe for caviar. Travel safely and thanks for enlightening us, Captain!
