Check out this big old flathead caught with The Carolina Angler Captain Chris Nichols (704-860-7951) on Lake Wylie. They had an unusually good day for flatheads, catching several while drifting cut bait for blues. This fish came on a big piece of bluegill being pulled across a main lake point in 18 feet of water. Captain Chris suspects it was sitting under a brush pile because two of his rods got hung at the same time that this fish bit.
