After weeks of up-and-down results, Captain Chris Simpson with Fightin Da Blues Fishing Guide Service (864-992-2352) reports that the big fish bite for Clarks Hill catfish is getting more consistent - and the proof is in the picture.  Check out this 40-pound range fish caught on cut gizzard shad.  Santee, Monticello, and a lot of other lakes are better known for their big catfish - but Clarks Hill is right up there.
