Check out this monster red drum caught off the beaches around Charleston on a charter with Captain Addison Rupert (843-557-3476) with Lowcountry Outdoor Adventures. Not only is it a magnificent fish - we were shocked to learn that it was caught on live menhaden fished in just five feet of water! Captain Addison's boat was following a massive school of menhaden and targeting the tarpon feeding on them, and while they didn't get any tarpon they did get bull drum and sharks.
