The Carolinas Bass Challenge Marshall's Marine Division had their first tournament of the season Saturday on Murray, and while weights weren't quite as impressive as the past two weeks (perhaps due to no wind and bluebird clear skies) there were still some impressive bags.  Winning results were as follows:

1) Brad Rutherford and Kevin Malone, 26.91 pounds (big fish 7.13) 

2) Wayne Jeffcoat and Kevin Banks, 26.32 (big fish 5.82) 

3) Brent Long and Brock Taylor, 23.97 

The tournament big fish was caught by Matt Bickley and James Bentley at 7.60 pounds. 

While nobody hit 30, there was some impressive depth at the top.  In 29th place with 19 plus pounds were Steve and Andy Wicker first out of the money!
