Lake Greenwood water levels are at 437.52 (full pool is 440.0) and most of the lake remains dirty to muddy – before this weekend’s rain.  Morning surface water temperatures are in the upper 50s and even low 60s.

Lake Keowee is at 97.9% of full pool and water clarity is high on the main lake – but the pollen level is also growing. After a brief cold front, morning surface water temperatures are getting back to the low-60s over most of the lake with mid-60s around the power plant again.

Lake Monticello morning surface water temperatures range from about 59-63 degrees. The upper lake is lightly stained while the lower end near the power plant area is fairly dirty. Water levels generally fluctuate daily.

Santee Cooper water levels are at 75.44 in Lake Marion (full pool is 76.8) and 74.19 in Lake Moultrie (full pool is 75.5). The lakes are clearing and less water is now coming through the system, and morning surface water temperatures are down to about 60 or 61.

Lake Murray water levels are at 357.95 (full pool is 360.00) and the water has cleared significantly.  Morning surface water temperatures are in the mid- to upper 50s.

Lake Hartwell water levels are still over full but back down to 660.91 (full pool is 660.00) and the water has cleared significantly.  Surface water temperatures were about 55-56 this morning.

Lake Wateree is temporarily at 97.9% of full pool and the whole lake remains muddy. Morning surface water temperatures are about 57 degrees this morning, but they have been in the low 60s before this.

Clarks Hill water levels are just below full pool at 329.98 (full pool is 330.00) and much of the lake is still muddy. Morning surface water temperatures are about 57 degrees.

Lake Russell water levels are still very high but down to 475.66 (full pool is 475.00), and the water remains a little colored on the upper end and the backs of some creeks – but it’s clear again on the main channel. Morning surface water temperatures range from the low to mid-50s.

Santee Cooper water levels are at 76.11 in Lake Marion (full pool is 76.8) and 74.40 in Lake Moultrie (full pool is 75.5). Marion changes color every day and by area but is generally at least stained, while Moultrie has far more color than usual. Morning surface water temperatures are generally in the mid-60s.
