Lake Keowee is at 96.9% of full pool and the main lake is clear. Morning surface water temperatures range from about 77-80 degrees, with the coolest water in the backs of creeks and on the north end of the lake.

Morning surface water temperatures are around 73-74 degrees in Charleston Harbor. Bait is still prolific, and with one throw of the net you can get more creek shrimp than you need.

Santee Cooper water levels are at 74.75 in Lake Marion (full pool is 76.8) and around 74.60 in Lake Moultrie (full pool is 75.5) and the lower lake is clear as a bell while the upper lake can be a little murky when there is wind. Morning surface water temperatures are in the lower 70s.

Lake Hartwell water levels are down to 654.75 (full pool is 660.00) and clarity is normal. Morning surface water temperatures are still around 76 degrees.

Lake Murray water levels are at 354.61 (full pool is 360.00) and clarity is normal – but will probably drop after today’s rain. Morning surface water temperatures have fallen to about 73 degrees.

Morning surface water temperatures were in the low to mid-70s this morning in Murrells Inlet and there is still lots of bait around.
