Lake Hartwell water levels are down to 657.07 (full pool is 660.00) and visibility is high. Morning surface water temperatures are back to 80-81 degrees.

Lake Russell water levels are at 474.92 (full pool is 475.00) and the main lake is very clear although it does appear that the lake is early in the turnover process. Morning surface water temperatures are up to about 81-82 degrees on the main lake.

Clarks Hill water levels are down to 326.80 (full pool is 330.00) and water clarity is high. Morning surface water temperatures are still around 79-80 degrees on the main water.

Lake Murray water levels are at 357.25 (full pool is 360.00) and water clarity remains high with little to no rain. Morning surface water temperatures are still about 80-81 degrees.

Lake Keowee is at 98.6% of full pool and water clarity is still very high on the main body of the lake. Morning surface water temperatures remain in the low to mid-80s over most of the lake.

Lake Jocassee is down to 94.6% of full pool and with very little rain water clarity is extremely high even far up the rivers. Morning surface water temperatures are still about 77-78 degrees on the main water.

Lake Keowee is at 98.1% of full pool and water clarity is still very high. Morning surface water temperatures are in the low to mid-80s over most of the lake.

Morning surface water temperatures are about 79 degrees at the mouth of Port Royal Sound and very strong fall tides are creating challenging fishing conditions.

Morning surface water temperatures are around 77 degrees at the mouth of Little River Inlet. Mullet are everywhere and shrimp can easily be netted in the creeks if you know where to look.

Santee Cooper water levels are at 75.09 in Lake Marion (full pool is 76.8) and bouncing around 75.05 in Lake Moultrie (full pool is 75.5). Morning surface water temperatures have dropped into the upper 70s and visibility is above average.

Morning surface water temperatures are around 78 degrees at the mouth of Murrells Inlet and the mullet run is very much underway. A few days ago there was a monster wave of menhaden pushing south but because of the northeast wind the last few days they haven’t been able to see if they are still around.

However, based on bubbles seen on the surface the lake may be just starting to turn over and it does have a very week tea-colored tint. Morning surface water temperatures are holding at around 79-80 degrees on the main lake.

Lake Wylie is at 97.2% of full pool and morning surface water temperatures are around 81-82 degrees. Water clarity is normal to above average.
